Again, supporting this is a no-brainer for me. There are a lot of large homes that could be sub-divided and a lot of large plots of land that could accommodate small accessory units. It also gives homeowners help in making their home more sustainable for themeselves.

I think the accessory dwelling unit rental program is a particularly efficient way to increase housing units in Woodstock, without using the larger footprint of land acquisition and building from scratch.
